Old Bill wieghs in on OWS

Apparently people are starting to have sex and smoke weed in New York City. I think we may be getting somewhere...

About this project:

The #Occupy movement has given rise to the thirsty American. A person who has lain dormant for far too long. Just like the giant who holds Odysseus in his cave, we are waking up blinded and confused. Now we have a voice. Now we have a movement. Now we #occupy for our future!

#Occupy: 4everyone is my contribution to this movement. In conjunction with my Kickstarter Project (found at http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/jtheinecke/occupy-4everyone) , I am raising money to hitch-hike to the west coast and document all that I can find. Using a digital voice recorder and my iPhone, I plan to interview every person and document every event that I can find. One of the centerpieces of this movement is the inability for major media to hear our voices. We may be the 99%, but we have the volume of 1%.

Join me along on my journey. My start date is set for November 1st. My destinations are Seattle, Portland, San Francisco and everywhere in between. My intention: to hear the people speak, to see the change occuring, to watch the world turn. Once this trip is complete I will compile all my material into a podcast for all to hear.
